Data-Hall
Cleaning

Every surface contributing to particulate circulation addressed: raised floor, cabinet exteriors, soffits, ducts and cable trays. Performed with antistatic PPE and controlled movement paths, working around live operations during night-shifts or pre-agreed maintenance windows.

Commissioning
Cleans

Staged cleans aligned to MEP milestones before the first server arrives, protecting airflow and hardware integrity from day one.

Scheduled
Maintenance Cycles

Preventative cleaning aligned with UPS service, HVAC filter changes and battery maintenance windows, giving predictable hygiene control and budget clarity.

Incident
Response

Emergency mobilisation within agreed SLA following filter failures or environmental disruption. Reporting includes pre/post readings, visual documentation and a zone remediation log.

Laser-Enabled
Decontamination

For steel infrastructure, corrosion points and areas where mechanical abrasion risks fibre or particulate release. Laser systems remove buildup without friction.

Radioactive
Decontamination

Surface-level remediation of low-grade radioactive residues within controlled spaces, often automated and performed remotely.

Every job is underpinned by RAMS-approved processes, structured PPE entry sequences and zone-by-zone particulate reduction protocols, all securely documented.

All vacuum systems, HEPA filtration, antistatic materials and cleaning instruments are pre-cleaned, logged and isolated before entering the data hall.

We coordinate directly with your M&E, security and operations teams to remove contamination without impacting access control, airflow or cooling paths.
